You can get rid off the virus, but your files will be lost in case of newer viruses. I've tried almost every tool, also used paid tools. But nothing works. Unless you have your system restore point, you won't get your files back.

So, immediately create a backup or System Restore point.

Types of Ransomeware Attacks | Security Guide

Ransomware is a type of malware from cryptovirology that threatens to publish the victim's data or perpetually block access to it unless a ransom is paid. While some simple ransomware may lock the system in a way which is not difficult for a knowledgeable person to reverse, more advanced malware uses a technique called cryptoviral extortion, in which it encrypts the victim's files, making them inaccessible, and demands a ransom payment to decrypt them.

Android security flaw: More than 1bn phones could be hacked with single text message

A major security flaw with Android mobile operating system has left over a billion Samsung, Huawei, LG and Sony smartphones vulnerable to cyber attacks.

Researchers at cyber security firm Check Point identified the bug in Android-based phones, revealing that it only takes a single SMS text message to gain full access to a person’s emails.
Around 2.5 billion devices around the world use the Google owned Android, which is the world’s most popular operating system.
