How to backup all emails from Gmail?

If you want to backup all emails to your computer or any other storage devices & access offline, there are two major steps.

First Please follow the steps to Download all emails from Gmail as MBOX file.

Part - II

After Downloading the file (MBOX), Download & install thunderbird for Firefox software to read all emails from Downloaded MBOX file.
